Carry on.

Plenty of times, I've found myself in situations where I'm filled with doubt. I question myself and my purpose, and I desperately cling on to the negative while completely obliterating the positive. I'm sure you've all had your shares of doubts and questions as well, so I'll share my secret coping method with you.

When things get hard and it seems like there's no way out, I just carry on.

A few years ago, I thought I was going to die. Why? Well, I didn't know how to come out to my parents, and I thought my life was over. It was a really scary time - I was just 16 and I had just graduated high school, I was convinced I would get kicked out and become homeless. I didn't feel like I had anyone to turn to, I was in so much pain, and I just wanted to end it all.

Here I am now, six years later, sharing my story with you. I was at a point in my life where I felt I was continuously hitting a dead end, but I just kept going, and eventually I started to find my way. Isn't that what life is about?

This story is that of how "if you're lost and alone, or you're sinking like a stone, carry on." - Fun
