Joie de Vivre
ROCKING: H&M (shirt, jeans) | Asos (vest) | Arnold Steiner (pocket square) | Jay Butler (shoes)
If you've made it to this post, then you've seen the new layout of the blog. After months of hard work and learning how to code, I'm proud of the way it turned out. I hope that you'll forgive my periods of absence.
Amongst the new features on ADC are a food & beverage section as well as an interview section. You'll find my perspective on restaurants and their food around the city as a very picky eater, but you'll also learn about beverages, and get recipes and DYIs.
Last month, I had the privilege to visit GQ and interview a very special woman - the Sr Marketing Director of GQ, Pamela Kaupinen. If you've ever wondered what it's like behind the walls of GQ or how to become a GQ Insider, then it's a must read.
Now, let's talk about this look! It's about la joie de vivre (the joy of living). It's summery, it's colorful, it's chic and comfortable. A very simple look, I'm wearing a striped blood orange shirt with light blue jeans. I chose the neutral beige vest to warm up the more vibrant hues, and it's pure linen which means it's light and breathable. Nothing says Summer better than the combination of a straw hat and loafers. For a nice and unexpected touch, add a pop of color with a fun pocket square.
